What work is included in flat renovation and cosmetic repairs?

Our renovation services cover stripping old wallpaper, checking substrates, filling and skimming (plug holes, surface smoothing Q1 to Q4), priming, hanging woodchip, non-woven wallpaper or painter's fleece, and painting walls and ceilings. Licensed electrical, gas or plumbing installation work stays with specialist trade contractors.

Can an occupied flat be renovated room by room?

Yes, in occupied homes or active offices we work room by room in coordinated stages. Furniture is moved to the centre and protected with dust sheets and non-slip decorator's fleece so the remaining rooms stay usable.

Who supplies wall paint, wallpaper, filler and primer?

Both options are available: on request we supply trade-grade interior paints (e.g. hiding power class 1, low-emission), paste, deep primer and filler directly, or we apply specific paints and wallpaper rolls you have chosen yourself.

How long does a renovation take before moving in or flat handover?

The duration depends on the square metre area, substrate condition, number of work steps and required drying times for filler, paste and paint. Based on photos or a site visit, we draw up a reliable schedule tailored to your handover or move-in date.
